Centre interarmées de concepts, de doctrines et d'expérimentations
The creation, in 2005, of the Joint Forces Centre for Concept Development, Doctrine and Experimentation (CICDE) and its installation on the site of the Military School in Paris, reflect the ambition to set up a national centre in charge of designing joint forces concepts and doctrine development, in a spirit of creativity and reactivity.
The CICDE represents a strategic and influential hub, a key player in the general evolution process.
It is part of the Transformation network in company with allied centres (ACT, US JFCOM, DCDC,…).
